You need at least one approved listing. Once payment goes through, Boost turns on right away for every approved listing on your account: they join the Boosted row on the home page, are shown first in search results, and appear on the Featured page.
Yes. Use Cancel Boost on any of your listings, or on the Boost tab of your profile. Boost stays on until the end of the month you already paid for, and there are no partial refunds.
Marking a listing leased hides it from search, so Boost stops covering it. If it was the last listing Boost covered, we ask you right then whether you want to cancel Boost too. Keep it, and it keeps billing $9.99 a month until you cancel.
Deleting a listing takes it out of Boost. If it was the last listing Boost covered, we ask whether you want to cancel Boost too. If a lease end date passes, we hide the listing and email you, and Boost keeps billing until you cancel it. Just want the listing down for a while? Pause it instead of deleting it.
No. A filmed tour is a separate $29.99 booking on the tours page. Boost covers the placement, the Instagram post, and the story.

Boost needs at least one approved listing on your account. Once a listing is approved, the Boost option shows up on its page, and any listing approved later is covered automatically.
