Before you
boost.
Your listing has to be verified first. Once payment goes through, the boost turns on right away: your listing joins the Boosted row on the home page, jumps to the top of filtered searches, and shows up on the Featured page.
Yes. Open the listing from My Listings, then use Settings to reach the Manage Subscription portal. Your boost stays active until the end of the billing period you already paid for.
Nothing happens automatically. Marking a listing leased hides it from search, so a boost on a leased listing isn't doing much for you anymore. We'll ask you right then whether you want to cancel it too. Keep it, and it keeps billing $9.99 a month until you cancel.
Deleting a listing cancels its boost right away, and the current month isn't refunded. If the lease end date passes, we hide the listing and email you, but the boost keeps billing until you cancel it. Just want the listing down for a while? Pause it instead of deleting it.
No. A filmed tour is a separate $50 booking on the tours page. Boost covers the placement, the Instagram post, and the story.
Yes. Each listing has its own independent boost subscription at $9.99/month per listing.
No. You can only boost a verified listing. Open the listing from My Listings and the boost option shows up in Settings once it is approved.
Yes. Whenever a student filters by price, bedrooms, type, move-in date, or anything else, boosted listings jump to the top of the results, so the people actively searching see yours first.
