    Fill in the form and pay the $50 once. Nothing recurring, nothing to cancel later.

    We reach out

    We call or text you within 24 hours to agree on a filming time that fits your week.

    We film

    Let us in and we take it from there. The camera, the angles, and the audio are on us.

    We post

    We edit the tour and put it up on our TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, where students can find it.

Tours

Before you
reserve a tour.

Your availability and a way into the apartment. Once you reserve, we call or text you to agree on a time, then we film, edit, and post it for you.

We contact you within 24 hours of your reservation to book the time. Tours run the last week of each month, and go back to weekly in the Fall.

Gainesville and Tallahassee, so UF, Santa Fe, FSU, and TSC. We do not have a crew in Miami yet, so we cannot film for UM or FIU.

No. Anyone can reserve a tour, and you do not need an account to pay for one. If your place is listed on LeaseMe, students who see the tour can look it up there for the price, the dates, and a way to message you.

It is the same crew and the same treatment, sold on its own. Boost is a separate $9.99 a month subscription for placement inside LeaseMe, and it no longer bundles a tour.

Yes, right up until the camera comes out. Email us any time before your tour is filmed and we send the $50 back in full, including when we cannot find a slot that works for both of us. Once the tour has been filmed the payment is final, because the work is already done.
